Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from NorthGlow Lighting. If an item isn’t the right fit, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • item must be unused

  • item must be in original packaging

  • proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If applicable, this will be stated on the product page.
